This is the official Website for the Shire of Misty Highlands. The Shire of Misty Highlands is a group in the Society for Creative Anachronism, an international medieval society. Misty Highlands is composed of the North-Central area of West Virginia and we are located in the Sylvan Kingdom of AEthelmearc.

Announcements....

Business Meetings are now at All Star Sports Grill in Fairmont.

Fighter Practice is now Mondays at 6:00, and Wednesdays at 11:00 am behind the CAC in Morgantown.

Fencing Practices are Sundays at 2:00 and Wednesdays at 5:30 behind the CAC in Morgantown.

The Next Misty Highlands Event is....

Yule in October- A shire get together along with a fighter practice on October 18th from noon to 8pm at the Quiet Dell Community Center. Garb is encouraged, but optional and there will be a pot dinner. Watch the shire e-mail list for directions & updates.

Heralds and Scribes Collegium - December 13th at Prickett’s Fort. Check back soon for more information.
